Refund Policy

Return Period:

  • To qualify for a return, Red Store must be notified within 7 days for relevant items.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact and in the same condition as it was delivered. Items returned after the specified Return Period will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for returned items until they reach us, and proper packaging is essential to prevent damage during transit. We do not accept items damaged in transit.

We do not accept items damaged in transit upon receiving a return request, Red Store will take a minimum of 3-4 business days to process the request and obtain approval for issuing a replacement unit. If approval is granted, Red Store will require a minimum of 2-3 business days to prepare the replacement unit.

 Refund Policy:

  • A full refund will be issued only if a replacement unit for the specific size/model is unavailable. The refund does not cover any delivery charges incurred by the customer for the return.
  • All refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days. The time required for processing refunds back to the customer’s credit card/bank account may vary depending on the bank’s operational timeline, for which redstore.lk is not responsible.
  • In the case of a change of mind, the customer will receive a credit note equivalent to the value of their purchase. redstore.lk does not issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
