- Any item/product purchased at any time from Red Store (Pvt) Ltd by the customer shall be subjected to the terms & conditions herein contained.
- Warranty on the item/products being sold is determined by the manufacturer or the agent.
- It is the customers' responsibility to backup any operating systems, software and other data. In case of failure, the warranty will not cover the damages to such operating systems, software or data or any data recovery in such cases, software is not covered by the warranty.
- Defective parts replaced by the warranty shall be return to manufacturer.
- Any damages caused by natural causes, using negligence will not be covered by the warranty. The warranty also voids if an item/product has been attempted to repair of modify or tempered by an authorized person.
- Warranty is deemed void if payments are delayed/defaulted.
